Our two story mini storage facility is Air Conditioned in the summer with a temperature set at 80 degrees and Heated in the winter with a temperature set at 70 degrees year round.

Convenient Freeway Access
We are located approximately 12 miles South of I-40 off of Hwy. 95. From Hwy 95 turn east on Chenoweth Drive then left onto Victoria Farms Road.

We are approximately 35 miles North of Parker Arizona and about 6 miles North of the center of Lake Havasu City. Turn Right on Chenoweth Drive at Lowes, and left onto Victoria Farms Road

Access
You have access to your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with your personal access code. The Air Conditioned mini storage Building has additional access protection.

Gate access, perimeter concrete wall, extensive lighting and digital video recorded cameras.

Wash Bay
Our coin operated wash bay has high pressure water, soap, wax, foam brush and spot free rinse.

In the facility store you will find the supplies that you need to assist you in moving and packing your belongings. Our friendly office staff will make your rental experience enjoyable (see office hours).
